CHERISH
it is often or rather, always, when people left or walk away from our lives, then we will realise what is 'cherish'. why do humans always take things for granted? be it family, friends, your loved ones etc. its ironic when people say :"i cherish you. i love you." when they dont know the meanings behind the words. perhaps none will understand how to really cherish others around them unless they've seen or felt what's life and death? learn to value and appreciate the people who are important in our lives, especially our family and friends. im not saying not to cherish your bf/gf but we realise the fact that bf/gf might not be there with you throughout ur life. family and true friends do. but, do cherish them still! for as long as the rship lasts. i might not have realised all these in the past probably cos i was still a 'child' but now, im learning how to cherish the people around me especially my family and friends. what i feel is, its never too late. take the initiative to drop a friend a msg even when you're busy to show that you appreciate and care for them. if u can msg ur bf/gf everyday, why not? its my bad that i havnt been catching with some friends for a long long time but i will. i will try! i dont want to have the feeling of regret anymore. cos i have and will always feel remorseful for not being able to see my grandad for the very last time before he closed his eyes. and to see ur kin lying motionless on the bed, its not an experience for all. so . . learn to cherish because its never too late (: |
