happy 牛 year everyone!! havnt been updating my blog cos im lazy plus quite busy preparing for cny. >.< color="#cc66cc">fri: mani + pedi steamboat with family + zh and jo sat: dimsum @ ah yat seafood with serpens sun: reunion dinner at granny's (dad side) mon: 初一. woke up at 10ish to prepare. took some photos then off to granny's place again.    first to reach and waited for the rest for like hours. we NEVER fail to reach the earliest every year. so when relatives came, they started to play cards and mahjong. and sth dramatic happened when everyone was so engrossed with their activities. suddenly there was smoke coming from the tv and sis was the first to scream cos she was the only one watching tv. everyone was so panic-ky and lucky my aunt was quick to pull off the switch. so for the rest of the day, there was practically nth to do except those playing mahjong. those without things to do all started falling asleep on the couch. so from 2plus all the way till 8plus (dinner time) most of us jus sit ard and do nth. shld have driven home and head back for dinner at a later time. at night, sis and zh went over to kenny's place. didnt join them cos wasnt very close to the rest of their clique of friends plus i was waiting for jo to come over. ok so that's for the very first day of new year. =/ tue : 初二. woke up slightly later today. sis did my hair for me so we both had curls today. and she helped mom with her makeup too. after which we head over to another granny's place (mom's side). it was so much less boring today cos almost everyone was gambling. the 'kids' and our two aunts were playing ban luck and the more 'senior' were playing mahjong. i started off with a capital of 2bucks and with a dollar bet i won 10 bucks. yay (: took quite a number of photos today with both our grandparents. everyone jus loves to camwhore! ok, i spent quite sometime trying to fix the collage so i can put more photos in it(click for larger view)   |
