HAPPY NEW YEAR & HAPPY 2ND YEAR ANNIVERSARY !
spent my new year eve with jo for Ip Man movie then dessert at cathay ben & jerry, our fav place for ice-cream. have always wanted to go dempsey's b&j cos the ambience there is good. so after ice-cream, head over to his place. didnt wanna go those crowded places like marina bay or vivo cos everyone will be there for countdown and going hm wld be a problem. at least i get to see 'mere' fireworks over at his place. ha. and today, yes 01.01, our 2nd year anni (: darl insisted on driving to central when both of us are so unsure of the way. so he checked up the online street directory and had the directions all printed out. he so insisted on driving cos he didnt wanna carry the bouquet of sunflowers and cake ard. its jus like my bday 2 years ago where he feel paiseh to carry the bouquet of sunflowers and balloon ard that he had sharon helping him to hold it to my hse to surprise me. he knows i love surprises so i had it when we reached liang court carpark. he went out early this morn jus to go his uncle's bakery to bake my fav strawberry cake. awww and my fav sunflowers! thanks dearest. my present is good too eh? dinner was at ma maison. we both agree the food is much better than the sky dining's at secret garden. after dinner had a short walk along clarke quay then head back for hm cos his one mth of leave has ended and he's starting work tml till he ORD in feb! but sth BAD happened on our way back. when we were getting our of the carpark, think darl sort of underestimate his left turn. soooo . . his dad's car was scratched. and it was quite bad. but his dad only jus nagged at him. guess he still feels quite bad and guilty. its the first day of 2009! smile my dear! don look so siann alrights. and thanks for the night (:  my 2nd yr anni gift for him  ma maison's chef recommendation: paella and squid ink spaghetti      |
